Mike Vanderweide
PresidentMike purchased Clear Sky from Bob Ross in 2024. He has been involved in aviation for over 30 years as a mechanic, pilot, broker and aircraft owner.
Robert Hudson
Director of MaintenanceRob started his career working on aircraft in the Navy before moving on to Textron Aviation. He joined us this year to, significantly improving our range of operations.
Sherry Martin
Bookkeeper, Office ManagerSherry is our bookkeeper and office manager. She does everything from parts ordering, to invoicing, to helping keep us on track with all of the paperwork.
Joel Magee
Inspector, MechanicJoel joined Clear Sky in February 2026. He has his A&P license with a background in avionics and general maintenance.
David Preston
David joined us this summer as a summer intern and will continue helping as he finds time during the school year.
